The Drink Driving Licence is a pint glass dressed up as a photocard. Three amber beer backgrounds, foam along the top, and a back that lists your official allowances: 17 pints of beer, 10 glasses of wine, 8 shots of vodka, 12 doubles of whisky and 9 measures of rum. Change the numbers to suit the person you're buying it for. We won't judge.
Every group has one: the friend who knows every landlord by name and has never once driven home. This licence makes it official. It keeps the shape of a real photocard, with numbered fields and a licence number ending in DD, but the categories on the back are drinks, not vehicles.
You choose the background, the photo, the name and the allowances. The front summary line reads BE/WI/VO/WH/RU by default, or you can switch it to small drink icons. Dates of issue and expiry are yours to set, so it works as a birthday card stand-in or a stag do memento with the date on it.
Stag and hen dos, 18th and 21st birthdays, retirement drinks, Christmas parties, the leaving do for someone who will be missed mostly at the bar. It's a small, cheap present that gets a bigger laugh than a bottle would.
