Novelty products only
Every card we sell is a novelty collectible. It is not an official document, driving licence or proof of identity, and must not be used as one. Using any card to impersonate someone, to prove your age or to obtain goods or services is unlawful.
We are not affiliated with the DVLA, any government or licensing authority, or any film studio, rights holder or person referenced by a design.
Your design
When you upload a photo or enter details, you confirm that:
- you have the right to use the photo and the person in it is happy to appear on the card;
- the content isn't offensive, hateful, defamatory or unlawful;
- the card is not intended to deceive anyone or be used as identification.
We check every order before printing and may refuse or cancel any order that breaks these rules. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery costs and any multi-card discounts are shown in your basket before you pay. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order. If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Making and delivering your order
Your contract with us is formed when payment is confirmed. Cards are printed to order after a manual check, then posted to the UK address you provide. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are set out in our shipping policy.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Personalised items are excluded from the statutory 14-day cancellation period once made. Faulty, damaged and misprinted cards are replaced or refunded as described in our refunds & returns policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that aren't foreseeable, or for any misuse of a card after delivery. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
